Regarding exchanges and returns
Regarding exchanges, returns, or refunds Please return the product within 7 days after receiving the product.
If the customer receives the item and does not like it, we will pay the shipping charges incurred for return and exchange.
Refunds Once we receive and verify your return, we will notify you via email if a refund is possible. If you wish to receive a refund, we will notify you within 5-14 business days. Thank you for purchasing our products. When you purchase a product, you will receive an automatic e-mail containing your purchase details, so please check the e-mail address you registered.
For reasons such as incorrect quantity or wrong size, you can return (full refund) or exchange the product within 7 days after receiving the product. Please contact us within this period.
Refunds will be transferred to your bank account. If there is no problem with the product and the customer made a mistake in their order, changed the size, or would like to exchange or return the product for a different color, returns/exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving the product and will be charged 1,500 yen as long as the product is unused. A fee will be charged, including shipping costs.
For returns and exchanges, Sagawa Express will collect the product at your home.
Please note that the replacement item will be shipped from China, so it may take 14 to 20 days depending on the timing and situation.
